Little Wonder Sprouted Health Mix is made by Little Wonder Foods in Surampatti, Erode. It is home-made, in small batches, the way health mix has always been made in Tamil kitchens.

Twenty-two millets, grains, pulses and nuts go into every pouch. Six of them (green gram, black gram, finger millet, pearl millet, and red and white great millet) are sprouted first. Then everything is roasted and ground.

We add nothing else: no sugar, no salt, no preservatives. You sweeten or salt it your way at home.
